Dr. Odisho's expertise spans various critical areas, such as
crew resource management (CRM), aeronautical decision
making (ADM), flight deck technology human interface, safety
culture, and government oversight. His exceptional
background also includes completing military flight training
with the Marine Corps and the prestigious USAF Test Pilot
School.
Our passionate team of aviation safety experts, led by Dr.

consulting for developing Part 91 and Part 135 Safety
Management Systems (SMS), harmonizing safety concepts,
